Purple Ruffled Iris Stone Coaster

Purple Ruffled Iris Stone Coaster

An intricate white iris with a purple ruffled edge. This painting was done in the style of a vintage botanical watercolor print, but with a modern look. Painted from a flower grown in the artist's own garden - this is not a vintage reproduction! Custom sizing to an exact square allowed me to frame the photo perfectly for the ceramic coaster. There were all kinds of editing options for the images. Very fun to do and they look awesome. I made them as a gift but got a few doubly made for me! Really well done. I wanted the images dark with low contrast and saturated colours and they came out exactly as I hoped!

Just received these stone coasters with my art work on them. I love the stone look. Nice and heavy with a cork backing to avoid scratches. Love how the colors and imagine of my paintings look on these stone coasters. Vibrant and just how I imagined them to be.
