It's a beautiful fantasy image depicting a female and male harlequin with wings, riding their cycles together through the clouds in the light of a full moon. Their wings remind me of fairies, angels, and butterflies. The bicyce wheels on the girl's cycle appear to be spinning as she rides. Clearly, magic is in the air.
