"Two dogs Chasing Mouse Through Open Case of Champagne" was created by Arthur FitzwilliamTait in 1817. In this painting we see a mouse running for his life while a rat terrier chases closely behind. A long haired terrier watches closely and seems to be focussing on his target before pouncing. An open case of very fine champagne is the setting for this scene.
