This acrylic painting by Hoe Yen Tam depicts Lady Godiva preparing her famous horseback ride in the morning sunrays. The painting is replete with squarish motifs - horinzontal and vertical lines. The challenge (and the fun), thus, is how to set the characters in alignment with the squarish design, and know where the limits are. Her long hair is echoed by the horse's mane and tail.
