Postcard: Art Nouveau Peacock Artwork - The Kiss Postcard
This wonderful black and white peacock image called "The Kiss" from 'Bradley: His Book'" is by the famous American Art Nouveau illustrator and artist William H. Bradley. It was created in 1896 as the cover art for his publication "Bradley: The Book." The materials used for this image were colour woodcut and lithograph. ~ Nicknamed the "Dean of American Designers", Bradley was the highest paid American artist of the early 20th century.
This image has been professionally restored by us. It has been retouched where faded and colours have been enhanced.
