Creator's note: for me, the colour scheme is reminiscent of many childhood trips to the Jersey Shore, from crabbing in Seaside Heights to weekends in the Wildwoods. Plus, it reminds me of the graphics on one of the TV channels I watched growing up in my native North Jersey in the late '80s and early '90s. INSTRUCTIONS: Provide first and last name (up to 2 lines) and occupation title (up to 2 lines, all caps) on front.
