Positive Affirmations Mandala Keychain

It’s too easy to be in the habit of saying negative things to ourselves. Get yourself out of that habit by saying positive, kind things to yourself. This keychain was made with that in mind. When a negative thought comes to mind, tell yourself out loud “Stop”, and then say one of these phrases.
