Photographed in Rumney, New Hampshire Molly the adopted burro peers through the window of her barn in Rumney, New Hampshire. Molly the Burro lived down the street from us for many years in tiny Rumney, NH (pop 1800). She has recently moved on to a farm with more room to stretch her legs, and to watch the rock climbers on Rattlesnake Mountain. Here, Molly watches from her window as neighbourhood children play nearby. The remarkable lighting and shadows from a nearby Basswood tree provide interesting mood to this image.
