Polyphemus Moth Keychain

This keychain features two fabulous Polyphemus Moths (Antheraea polyphemus). They are huge tan coloured creatures, with a wingspan of 6 inches. The most notable feature of this amazing moth is the large, dark eyespots on its two hindwings. The eye spots are where it gets its name – from the Greek myth of the Cyclops Polyphemus. The black background provides an interesting contrast.
