This design is inspired by the plumage of the Plumed Whistling Duck (Dendrocygna eytoni) which is threatened by destruction of wetlands. As the name would suggest they can be recognized by their distinctive whistling. They mostly live on the East Coast and Northern Australia. They graze at night mostly on grasses, similar to geese.
