Pink St. Agatha (M 003) Postcard 2

National Mammography Day is observed annually on the third Friday in October as part of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month. (Check your calendar and customize this postcard with the appropriate date!) St. Agatha is invoked against breast cancer. Here, in this detail from a famous Italian Mannerist painting, her garments have been changed from cream and light teal to shades of pink.
