Customer service was helpful when I called about original sleeve that the zipper was messed up on .. They sent a replacement right away. The second sleeve however zipped several times and also broke. Very disappointed in the quality for the amount I paid for item. also a thin line on the product both sleeves which is not a huge thing but still not great.

The sleeve is made of nice feeling material and seems very durable. I'm not sure how easy it'll be to clean, but the construction seems sound and the fabric is quick thick. I also like the double zipper. The printing is lovely and appears durable. The white on black contrast is nice, and the design very elegant.
