Isolation.  I have been isolating myself for years now. The pandemic has had a profound affect on me, it has made me look at the world differently and given me the time needed to redirect my life in a more positive direction. During the quarantine I spent the majority of my free time creating a collection of mostly abstract paintings. Creating this collection in isolation, during the course of a global pandemic has taught me a lot about myself and the world around me. It was also my way of dealing with all the emotions I felt during this time. The process helped free my mind so that I could start thinking for myself. It helped me imagine and start creating a better, more positive life for me and anyone around me. I put together this collection of art over the past 4 years, alone and badly isolated from everyone. I share it with the world in hopes of helping, connecting and inspiring others while raising awareness for mental health and showing the benefits that art and creativity can have on your life.
