I was not familiar with how to load the photos and arranging them so once I had them loaded I chose not to make any changes in case it sent me back to "start over". If I remember correctly, I was only able to load one photo at a time. The printing turned out terrific.

The shipping was the problem. Box was flimsy and item got bent.. only suggestion would have been to put in a canister or mark fragile. Printing was exactly as shown
