Location: 47 Main St, Nantucket MA
This is Congdon's Pharmacy, est in 1860, closed in 2007, it lasted 147 year and would have lasted longer if the owner didn't retire (you try living 200 years and not retiring).
The place was bought by a pharmacy next door, and something new moved into its place.
When they were opened they sold ice cream and malteds just like they did in the past. The modern version also sold sandwiches and such. Always described as having three to four stools inside.
