Peter Breaks Through, Peter Pan Vintage Image Postcard
Many years ago, I longed for a copy of 'Peter Pan'. When I was a child, books were scarce and precious so we only owned a few. We went to the library every week for our reading pleasure. In recent years, I came across an old copy of 'Peter Pan' book with illustrations by Gwynedd Hudson. She died very young, in the 1930's, not that long after she illustrated this book. Her pictures are lovely and they are not really very well-known. The book was falling apart but the pictures were as lovely as when they were first printed.
