I designed this for a friend/co-worker who recently lost her fur-baby. I was very pleased with product. It arrived quicker than I expected. It looked exactly as it was designed. What you see is truly what you get. Good quality. Easy to customize. The design turned out great! The colors were exactly as they appeared online. The image turned out great- the photo I had wasn't the highest resolution - but even so ,they still made it look wonderful.
