Pet Medical Records Binder - See Back

See the back for personalization. I have other versions for all ages and situations with more on the way ... including for your furbabies. I need to do this ASAP .... as soon as I find where I put my will even - so disorganized - always rushing two steps backward, but with great intentions! This is a very good idea to have for all family members both adults, children, pets at home in case of emergency / babysitter, etc. AND for family members in nursing homes or assisted living facilities.
