Photo used was taken by me one early Winter morning in Lake Tahoe. I woke up at 3 AM and slowly drove the dark, windy road from North Lake Tahoe to Emerald Bay. I got my equipment and posted up on a log lying over the top of the waterfall there that falls into Emerald Bay during the rainy seasons. The water was flowing enough to create a relaxing environment, but slow and low enough to where I could stand in it and look out through the top of the forest to the pretty little island below. This photo was taken during the first moments of dawn, just before the sun truly rose above the mountain tops.
