The overall letter was great!!! My grandson will love it. Looks forward to his letter every year (he's 7). Well - the printing and quality of the letters (I ordered three different ones for my three grandchildren) were great. But I had problems from day of ordering -- ordered Nov 11 - expected delivery Nov 28-29 - the order was lost. Replacement order was sent out quickly only to find that this letter that was suppose to say Dear Mason and his town, was printed Dead Wyatt and no town. My other two letters were perfect. I called and Yes - I received replacement letter yesterday and it was good. Got a little upset gong through all this but it turned out great.
