I purchased this for a friend. She absolutely LOVED it! I would recommend this for anyone from Louisiana! I LOVE MY STATE =). Funny, when i bought this for myself, my heart was cut off (ironic). Then when I bought it for a friend, her heart came out as shown in the picture. I'm just happy that she was so excited about it. Mine must have been a misprint, but didn't know this till I received the additional one I ordered for a friend.

I wish the heart was more pink because the image online on my computer looked pink and when i received it, it was a borderline red color. Also the heart that is cut off should be a full heart, it would look better. The printing turned out perfect and was spelled correctly.

I was happy with this product. However, I had to purchase multiple totes in order for them to get the print correct. My first bag had the bottom of the heart cut out and I was disappointed. However, the second time around they got it right. I enjoyed the customization with my favorite number and my name on it. The heart was perfectly centered. The print quality and color was excellent.
