It was a perfect Christmas gift for all my daughter's grandparents. The quality of the pieces were solid. There was no dust or residue from the cutting. I'd rather have a matte finish, but semi-glossy wasn't horrible. The grandparents had fun and enjoyed putting it together. I made a collage of photos and uploaded it as one image to the puzzle. I had boarders around my images and it didn't center correctly no matter how I looked at it. I don't think their editing functionality is advanced for designing projects, but very easy for beginners or non-perfectionist. The colors were fine and there was no grainy images.
