It is just the faux lace background., Compliments this one well. Most of the front is covered with a lace faux fabric, than it has a faux satin bow & ribbon across it. Plus a pretty bow with a jewelled centre. I added an name you can change it and had your own initial,name or logo.. Or you can leave it blank. I REALLY LIKE THIS PILLOW, IT IS HARD TO FIND ART DECO STYLE AND I WAS THRILLED TO FIND THAT ZAZZLE HAS SO MANY STYLES OF PILLOWS TO CHOOSE FROM. IT WAS A BIT CHALLENGING TO PUT THE PILLOWS TOGETHER BUT ONCE THEY WERE PUT TOGETHER THEY WERE PERFECT, LOVE IT. YES THE PRINT WAS JUST AS EXPECTED
