I have always liked zazzles quality, but I bet it was the artwork that was uploaded that was not high enough resolution. This case it was substandard. again I bet it was the person creating the mug that had a poor quality image

Love this mug! Zazzle does such a GREAT job - it's shiny, and pretty, and really shows off the whimsical artwork extraordinarily well. You really can't tell how awesome it's going to be until you hold it in your hands. My new favourite mug! The printing was clear, sharp, and beautiful. Really showcased the artwork in true colours.
