Ordered this as a gift and it came out terribly. I ordered a white mug but it had a yellowish/grayish tint to it. The design (which only had to be black and white) was not dark enough. It was on a grayscale. Look terrible and couldn't give this as a gift. I asked to exchange. Was given a refund (minus shipping charges). Would not order from this company again. Very poor quality. Love this mug! Zazzle does such a GREAT job - it's shiny, and pretty, and really shows off the whimsical artwork extraordinarily well. You really can't tell how awesome it's going to be until you hold it in your hands. My new favourite mug! The printing was clear, sharp, and beautiful. Really showcased the artwork in true colours. Excellent craftmanship! Couldn't be happier.
