The ornament turned out fantastic!!! At first, I could not fit the customization that I wanted onto the ornament. I called the customer service number and there was a member of the design department that was able to change the customization "rules" so that my ornament was perfect! I was disappointed with the writing on the ornament. It’s just too small and can barely be seen. Also it was not as obvious on screen that the position of the hole for hanging was centered on person’s forehead. Writing that came with chosen frame is too small and can barely be seen.
