If you climb to the top of St. Patrick's hill in Cork, on your left is this gorgeous park and it's one of my favourite spots to watch a sunset. You get great views of the Shandon Bell tower (and St. Anne's church to which it belongs) as well as the Cathedral of St Mary and St Anne.
