The 1st binder that was sent was torn along the spine. When I reported the damage, a new binder was made and sent as a replacement. The replacement was without any damage.
This is the 2nd customized binder that I have ordered. There was no problem with the first binder so I was so surprised to find the damage.
I was very pleased with the email of apology and offer to replace the binder at no charge and with a guarantee of a speedy replacement. The design was exactly as I created it on-line.
