First of all, we are so happy we found this design is papel picado! We searched a long time for this style. Second, they were like card stock paper so super strong! Third - they came with envelopes!! We didn’t know they would until the package arrived & we’re so happy they did!! Printing is perfect, on center & just like the picture!
