Panoramic View of the Pan Pacific Expo - Poster

This panoramic view of the 1915 Pan Pacific International Exposition is created from a 1914 panoramic post card showing an artist's view of what the fair would look like when completed. The San Francisco Panama-Pacific International Exposition of 1915 was a wonderful display of what the new 20th century had to offer. The fair included exhibits of "new" technology such as wireless radio, long distance telephone, automobiles, and airplanes. Artistically, its buildings were spectacular. Today's Palace of Fine Arts is what remains of the Exposition.
