Pancake Parade Menu Poster

Started in 1962 by former Solons player Hollis "Bud" Sheely and his wife, Jo, Pancake Parade was open 24 hours and featured 40 varieties of pancakes and waffles. The first location was on Folsom Boulevard in the Mills shopping centre in Rancho Cordova. The Sheelys also opened Pancake Parades in Sacramento at 30th and J at what is now Mel’s Drive-In, and on Broadway.
