Panama Canal Zone was established in 1903 and began to be returned to its mother country in 1979. It was fully turned over at the end of 1999. The people that lived in the Canal Zone are called Zonians. Zonians may have lived their for a few years to those that have generations of family members within the Canal Zone. Also, you can edit the location (currently it says Balboa) and put in the township or base / post that you resided.
