The invitations themselves are great!! My issue was with the addressed envelopes. I chose one of the free options and easily entered the contacts. I wanted all the cities and state spelled out, no abbreviations as was displayed on the sample photo. However , my only choice was choosing abbreviated states from a drop down. I tried the live chat and was told I needed to speak with someone. I was not given an estimated time. I waited over an hour and never received a phone call. It would be very helpful to have an actual phone number to talk to a real person.
