This is the third year I’ve ordered for my daughters birthday. I’ve loved every invite!! Except this year the printing of the photo was off. It was dark with a streak through it. I sent an email to customer service…and in less than 24 hours, they were already reprinting. Excellent customer service, and the problem was fixed! It came back brighter and had no line through it! The actual design was a beautiful print!

The invitations arrived quickly and were good quality paper. The design was nice and perfect for the theme. The printing was good. However, there were ink runs and black marks on most of the invites. Due to limited time, I had no choice but to use them as I didn't have the time to reorder and wait for the new ones to deliver.
