I have two sons that were married in 2018 and purchased one for each. I should have enlarged the print on the front. It was small and slightly blurred. My problem was the photos on the back. They seemed great when I uploaded them, but when received the heads were not on the ornament. So we ended up with the front side being okay and the back being really bad. Zazzle was great about correcting the issue. The ornament itself is good quality. It isn't so heavy as to make the limbs droop. This is where the problem lies. Read the statement above.
