Orthodox Church in Gouves, Crete Postcard

I took this picture while visiting the beach town of Gouves one summer, on the island of Crete in Greece. Although it is common to find shrines open 24 hours a day throughout Greece, this was the only chapel I stumbled upon that was open day and night with Byzantine chant piped in. It was quite a scenic spot on a little hill overlooking the ocean, and appeared to be dedicated to Saints Helen & Constantine.
