All big things have a small beginning. This is an ink art drawing which scanned in to make a vector illustration. The design uses brown and orange, colours which are associated with fall (autumn). The 'mighty' version of this proverb is known, in the USA at least, from the middle of the 19th century. I have found two meanings. One which says: "Something great can come from a modest beginning". An another which indicates: "Don't give up on the project".
