When you find yourself feeling upset, angry, hurt, frustrated, impatient etc, saying to yourself "... or you could chant!" is a powerful way to get back on the right track. However much a person is struggling, the phrase "... or you could chant" is a great introduction to the practice. This business card features that phrase, along with a lotus flower with the chant "Nam Myoho Renge Kyo" Personalize the back of the card with your contact information - remove the colour and make it white if you prefer. You can personalize the front as well, if you'd like to add anything to it, or keep it as it is.
