A great gift for anyone who enjoys Japanese design and culture. "Oni wa soto!" is an expression used to cast the demons from one's house on Setsubun, a Japanese holiday that traditionally occurred the last day before spring, though is now celebrated on February 3rd. People throw dried beans out their doors and shout "Oni wa soto!" "Demons be out."
