I really really loved this product. I found the wood background online and copy and pasted it and used it as the background for this. I thought they came out beautifully. When I received my package in the mail, the package was empty - no labels. I called customer service right away and they reprinted my order and overnighted it, very friendly and apologetic for the inconvenience. I loved the product and can't complain at all about it. Mistakes happen and I felt that Zazzle did a great job of rectifying the situation. Beautifully. I was really pleased.
