"Old Vintage Mercantile" Long Apron

In the old west the general store or mercantile was a store that usually offered a wide selection of merchandise. Most carried produce, canned goods, dried foods, spices, coffee, flour and anything food-related. Many sold gunpowder, coal oil and dynamite right alongside onions and oysters. As time went by special emphasis was placed on fashion apparel, accessories and fashion home furnishings. This was aimed at every body. Miner's, mill hands, loggers, ranchers, cowboys, farmers, and middle and upper-middle income consumers.
