I was surprised. Because I thought that it is coming from "online", so it can't be good, it was. Actually more durable than a regular binder from WalMart or drug store. The opening latch for the rings is very easy and the rings are snug, not mismatched. I will definitely order again. The printing turned out and they spelt my name right, which has had many variations over the years. That was important to me that they did that correctly.
