For decades, this 1996 Ferris Wheel was located at the Santa Monica Pier which is the western end of Route 66. However in 2008 it went up for sale on ebay with OKC investors as the highest bidder. Today the Ferris Wheel is the centerpiece of OKC's Wheeler District.
