Oilfield Wife ... A man is married to his iron, and your are married to you man. There are a lot of duties for an oilfield wife. Generalized responsibilities include the usual cooking, cleaning, caring for kids ... but also to run the finances and control his spending, being "the law" & hold down the fort while he is gone, dealing with oilfield antics, staying honest & true to your relationship, and loving him in spite of frustrations in the work field.
