The design was inspired by the periodic table used by Chemist and most STEM career fields, and the Christmas tree seen during the holiday season. To add a stylistic feel to the whole design, I took inspiration from ugly sweater designs and pixelated the fonts and the surrounding objects to replicate an ugly sweater design. Solid paper/cardstock. I bought all four houses plus a Hogwarts castle card in this set and they all arrived in 2 days. My only complaint is that there isn't an option to purchase an envelope to mail it in (I'm aware postcards are supposed to ship without one, but I like the option to use an envelope). Good quality printing, looked just like the image on the website, was shipped in a firm cardboard mailer to prevent bending.
