Odeon Theatre, Tucumcari, New Mexico Postcard
"Odeon Theatre, Tucumcari, New Mexico" by Catherine Sherman. Built in 1935, this Art Deco theatre is still in operation (undergoing renovation in the Spring of 2024). It has a single screen and seats almost 700 people. The theatre has a squared marquee with no attraction panels but has a red vertical in all red like the marquee with white neon lettering spelling out Odeon with New Mexico styling. The Odeon plays first-run attractions. It was listed on the Register of Historic Places in 2008.
