I ordered this mug for my home care nurse, as a thank you for her final visit just before Christmas. The decorating options leave a bit to be desired, & I wasn't sure that it would come out like I wanted. When it arrived, however, I was very pleased with the result. I'm sure the recipient will be as well. Very good product. The print looked exactly as it did online, and I was pleased. Be very precise about where you place custom designs, as that is exactly how they will look when your item arrives.

I was originally happy about my purchase and Nana loved the gift. HOWEVER, the description specifically says that these are microwave and dishwasher safe, BUT the first time Nana put this mug in the dishwasher it was destroyed. Not impressed..
