Nurse Photo Logo Barcode Faux Gold Elegant Classic Badge
An elegant badge intended for a nurse (but can be also used for other employees). On the front there is a photo in a faux gold foil frame, with text under it. The name - the first line of text - is written in bigger golden letters. Under the text, there is a medical symbol that can be replaced with the logo. Under all that, the lower border has a faux gold horizontal stripe with the text for the job, "Nurse", written in it.
On the back there is some text between two faux gold stripes, that asks to return the badge if found. Under the text, there is a barcode (to be replaced).
The placeholder photo of a young female doctor or nurse in white coat is by Petr Kratochvil from Public Domain Pictures and has model release. The medical symbol that is the placeholder for the logo is from Wikimedia Commons and it is in the public domain..
