First I ordered the wedding invitation in basic paper and was very unsatisfied. I thought basic was the most common one. It was too glossy and had a commercialized flyers. I called zazzle customer service and explained the problem. They easily refunded my order, no problem! All I had to do was ship them my order and they credited my account. Then I contacted the designer to see what paper she suggested. She was very helpful and I went with felt paper. When I got my new invitations back I loved them. They were just what I wanted! Very happy with my purchase :). Beautiul, very satisfied with the design, color, and felt paper
