These came out great. The dark background needs a paint marker if you are going to write on them and personalize the backs. The quality is great and I get compliments on them all the time. My family loves receiving them. I have gone with the glossy in previous years but the matte is easier to write on and doesn't take as long for the marker/paint pens to dry. Looks a bit different (from glossy) but still very nice.
